Former Finance Minister of Cyprus – will be giving a lecture at St.Antony’s College, Oxford University on the 27th of January at 17:00.

The discussant will be Max Watson – Director of the Political Economy Programme (PEFM) here at St.Antony’s and I will be chairing the event.

It is a co-organised event by SEESOX (South East European Studies at Oxford) and PEFM

Place: Seminar room, European Studies Centre, 70 Woodstock Road, Oxford

Δύο περιπτώσεις πρόσφατων δικαστικών αποφάσεων στην Ελλάδα προκαλούν τόση αμηχανία στους εμπλεκόμενους στην Κύπρο, ώστε η σιωπή τους είναι πιο ηχηρή από το λόγο τους. Δεν πρέπει να περάσει απαρατήρητη.

erm, Cyprus is not a member of NATO. Maybe its just a slip of the tongue? Except he repeats the claim just a minute later

"... Cyprus is a NATO country"

Does the deputy PM not know that Cyprus isn't a member of a NATO?
